China & Other Overseas Warehouses Shipping Details
Shipping items from overseas warehouses also take a longer time than shipping from local warehouses. The estimated shipping time is 15-25 business days. This time frame generally depends on many factors including custom inspection, courier companies selection, etc. Failed to receive after 40 days of purchase date or not satisfied with the product. Returns & Refund
1. We aim for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us. We will resolve your case as quickly as we can. You can either return for a refund or exchange with another alternative item.
2. If goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act, but proof of purchase is required. Faulty goods must be returned to us as soon as possible.
